Compass Group PLC has announced that as of September 30, 2024, their issued capital includes 1,785,403,977 ordinary shares, with 1,697,411,972 shares in active trading and the remainder held in treasury. These figures are crucial for shareholders to calculate their notification threshold for ownership changes as per FCA rules. The company also noted that its ordinary shares are available for trading as American Depositary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
