Compass Group plc (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has recently bought back 81,917 of its own shares, spending part of its significant $500 million repurchase program set to conclude in 2024. This transaction is part of an ongoing effort to fulfill obligations related to employee share schemes and manage the company’s treasury stocks. Post-purchase, Compass Group PLC’s treasury holds 83,082,705 shares, with a total of 1,702,321,272 shares remaining in issue.
