Compass Group plc (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has executed a share buyback, acquiring 80,000 of its own ordinary shares as part of a larger $500 million repurchase program slated for completion in 2024. The shares, bought at various prices on different trading venues, will be retained in treasury to fulfill obligations from employee share schemes. Post-purchase, the total number of voting rights equals the number of shares in issue, totaling 1,702,478,189.
