Comms Group Director Bolsters Shareholding

Comms Group Ltd. (Australia) (AU:CCG) has released an update.

Comms Group Limited Director Benjamen Jennings has increased his stakes in the company, acquiring an additional 350,000 ordinary shares at a value of $0.056 each. The transaction, which took place on the market, raised Jennings Family Super Fund’s holdings to 1,804,925 ordinary shares, while Jennings’ direct and indirect interests through various entities remain substantial. No disposals were reported in this change of director’s interests.
