Commerzbank (DE:CBK) has released an update.
Commerzbank AG’s CEO, Manfred Knof, is set to depart at the end of September 2024 after making significant contributions to the bank’s success and strategic realignment. Knof will be succeeded by Bettina Orlopp, who has been appointed as the new CEO, following a deliberate restructuring of the bank’s management. Commerzbank has regained its standing in the European banking sector, thanks to a profitable, customer-centric business model and a team effort.
