City Chic Collective Limited has disclosed a change in director Neil Thompson’s interest in the company, with an acquisition of 73,529 ordinary shares at $0.15 each, increasing his total direct and indirect shareholding to 223,529 shares. This change, reported to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2, occurred through an Institutional Entitlement Offer dated 21 June 2024.
