City Chic Collective Limited (AU:CCX) has released an update.

City Chic Collective Limited Director Phil Ryan has altered his stake in the company, acquiring 178,956 Ordinary shares indirectly through Carryan Pty Ltd for the PM Infinity Super Fund at $0.15 each, totaling $26,843.40. Following this transaction, Ryan’s total holdings include 175,216 direct Ordinary shares, 382,696 indirect Ordinary shares, 3,540,000 Performance Rights over Ordinary shares, and 2,161,235 unquoted loan funded fully paid Ordinary shares issued under CCX’s 2019 Employee Share Plan.
