CITIC Securities Company Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 4.75 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders approved the dividend on June 28, 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for July 3, 2024, and the payment to be made on August 28, 2024.
