China Shenhua Energy Co has announced its annual general meeting for 2023, set to take place on June 21, 2024, where it will discuss important resolutions such as the approval of financial reports, distribution of a final dividend of RMB2.26 per share, and executive remuneration. In addition, the meeting will cover the extension of KPMG’s auditing services and consider granting the board a mandate to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s H shares.
