China Shenhua Energy Company Limited has announced the establishment of the Guoneng (Beijing) Science and Technology Innovation Seed Fund, with a collective investment of RMB 120 million from its subsidiaries and others from China Energy Investment Corporation Limited. The Seed Fund has recently completed its filing with the Asset Management Association of China.
