China Shenhua Energy Co. is pleased to announce the successful passage of all resolutions during its 2023 Annual General Meeting and the first class meetings of A and H shareholders for 2024. The meetings, which took place in Beijing, saw a high attendance rate with over 77% of total issued shares represented. Shareholders approved the reports of the board of directors and the supervisory committee for the year ended December 31, 2023, by a significant majority.
