China Shenhua Energy Co (HK:1088) has released an update.
China Shenhua Energy Co. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 2.26 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, which will be paid on August 21, 2024, after shareholder approval on June 21, 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at an exchange rate of 1.1022, amounting to HKD 2.491 per share. Withholding tax rates for non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders are set at 10% or 20%, depending on the country’s tax treaty with China.
