China Minsheng Bank Announces Board Update

China Minsheng Banking (HK:1988) has released an update.

China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd. has updated its list of board directors and their respective roles and committee memberships. The board is comprised of executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors, with Gao Yingxin serving as the Chairman. Additionally, the bank has established six different committees to oversee various aspects of its operations.
