China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited has successfully completed the issuance of mid-term notes totaling RMB 4.0 billion, with a 3-year term and a coupon rate of 2.08%. The proceeds from this issuance will be used for daily working capital needs and to repay interest-bearing debts. The offering was underwritten by several major banks, including China Merchants Bank as the lead underwriter.
