China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited announced the successful conclusion of its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the first A and H shareholders class meetings of 2024, all of which were held on June 6, 2024. At these meetings, resolutions were duly passed, and it was declared that a final dividend of RMB0.2225 per share would be distributed on August 6, 2024, for shareholders recorded on June 19, 2024. The AGM and shareholder meetings were conducted in compliance with the PRC company laws and corporate articles, ensuring legal validity.
