China Galaxy Securities Co (DE:CGL) has released an update.
China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the issuance of its 2024 eighth tranche of short-term commercial paper, raising RMB 5 billion to bolster the company’s working capital. The commercial paper, issued at RMB 100 per unit with a 92-day term and a coupon rate of 2.15%, follows the authorization from the shareholders’ general meeting allowing debt financing up to 350% of the net capital.
