China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. has successfully issued the 2024 seventh tranche of short-term commercial paper, raising RMB3 billion to enhance the company’s working capital. The newly issued commercial paper, with a 91-day term and a 1.90% coupon rate, comes as part of a broader authorization allowing the company to issue debt financing instruments up to 350% of its net capital.
