China Coal Energy Company Limited has announced its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 28, 2024, in Beijing, where shareholders will vote on key company reports, profit distribution, and appointments including auditors and directors’ emoluments for the next fiscal year. Shareholders registered by June 25, 2024, are eligible to attend, and may appoint proxies to vote on their behalf. The meeting will address the company’s past year’s performance and set the financial and leadership agenda for 2024.
