China Coal Energy Co. has successfully conducted its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 28, 2024, with all proposed resolutions overwhelmingly approved by shareholders. Notable resolutions passed included approval of the company’s directorate and supervisory committee reports, audited financial statements, profit distribution proposal, capital expenditure budget for the upcoming year, and the appointment of auditors. The AGM saw a strong turnout, with over 78% of the total issued shares represented in person or by proxy.
