China Coal Energy Co (HK:1898) has released an update.
China Coal Energy Co. has announced a proposed special dividend of RMB 0.113 per share, totaling RMB 1.5 billion, which will be considered for approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. Shareholders must be registered by July 11, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which is due to be paid on August 26, 2024. The register of members will be closed from July 8 to July 11, 2024, for determining entitlement to the dividend.
