China Coal Energy Co has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.442 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, with an approval date of 28 June 2024 and an ex-dividend date set for 04 July 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 05 July 2024, 16:30, to be entitled to the dividend, which faces a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders.
