China Aircraft Leasing Group Shareholders Approve AGM Resolutions

China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings (HK:1848) has released an update.

China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited successfully passed all resolutions during their Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2024, including the re-election of directors and the approval of a final dividend of HK$0.15 per share. The meeting also marked the retirement of Ms. LIU Wanting as an Executive Director, who will continue her involvement as President and Chief Commercial Officer. Shareholder support was overwhelmingly positive, with nearly unanimous votes for all resolutions.
