Chemring Group PLC has announced its share capital structure as of May 31, 2024, comprising 272,366,167 ordinary shares with voting rights and 62,500 cumulative preference shares without voting rights, except under specific conditions. This disclosure, in line with the FCA’s Transparency Rules, provides shareholders with the reference figure for monitoring their shareholding changes.
