Chemring Group PLC has announced that as of June 30, 2024, their issued capital comprises 272,366,167 ordinary shares with voting rights and 62,500 cumulative preference shares without voting rights, except under certain conditions. Shareholders can use this figure as a reference to determine whether they need to disclose changes in their stake in the company.
