Centrica PLC has repurchased 1,390,749 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 131.66 pence each as part of its ongoing buyback program, bringing the total repurchase since August to over 117 million shares. These shares will be held in treasury, affecting the company’s share count and potentially its stock market performance.
