Centrica (GB:CNA) has released an update.
Centrica PLC has bolstered its share repurchase program by acquiring an additional 2 million ordinary shares, holding them as treasury shares. This recent transaction is a continuation of the company’s current buyback initiative, which has seen Centrica spend approximately £388.7 million since October 2023. Following this purchase, the total number of treasury shares held by Centrica stands at over 522 million.
