Centrica (GB:CNA) has released an update.
Centrica PLC has announced the buyback of 2 million of its ordinary shares at an average price of 141.2252 pence per share, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program initiated in October 2023. The acquired shares will be added to the treasury, bringing the total number of treasury shares to 547,218,339. This move is part of a larger effort to repurchase 311.9 million shares at a total cost of £433.3 million since the program’s announcement.
