Central Wealth Group Holdings Limited’s subsidiary, Top Billion, has entered into a disclosed transaction, granting a HK$50 million revolving loan facility to Customer A, an independent third party. The three-year loan, backed by a HK$53 million property pledge, is part of the company’s broader financial services and money lending business. The Group will utilize its internal resources to fund the loan, which carries a 7% annual interest rate and allows for early repayment without penalties.
