Carnival plc has announced that as of May 31, 2024, it has a total of 217,396,769 ordinary shares with 144,800,945 carrying voting rights. Shares held by Carnival Investments Limited and Carnival Corporation, totaling 42,876,272, do not have voting rights. Shareholders can use these numbers to assess their notification requirements under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
