Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAPREIT) has significantly expanded its portfolio through strategic acquisitions and dispositions, totaling $477 million in recent transactions. These include the purchase of six new rental properties for $387.4 million, and the sale of three non-core properties for $89.3 million, enhancing their presence in key Canadian markets.
