Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAPREIT) has announced its October 2024 monthly distribution of $0.125 per unit, to be paid on November 15, 2024. As the largest publicly traded provider of rental housing in Canada, CAPREIT continues to expand its significant portfolio across Canada and Europe, boasting $16.6 billion in investment properties.
