Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAPREIT) has declared a monthly distribution of $0.12084 per unit for July 2024, which annualizes to $1.45, payable on August 15 to record holders as of July 31. CAPREIT, a major player in Canada’s rental housing market with an impressive $16.7 billion portfolio, has seen its monthly distributions increase by 103% since its 1997 IPO.
