Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAPREIT) has declared its monthly distribution for September 2024 at $0.125 per unit, totaling $1.50 annually, payable on October 15 to holders on record by September 30. As Canada’s largest publicly traded rental housing provider, CAPREIT has seen a 110% increase in monthly cash distributions since its 1997 IPO, with a portfolio comprising over 64,200 properties across Canada and the Netherlands.
