Cadiz Inc. has appointed Barbara Lloyd, a seasoned expert in capital asset strategy and public-private infrastructure projects, to its Board of Directors. Lloyd, CEO of IMPACTS USA Advisory Services, brings a rich background including high-level roles at KPMG Corporate Finance, the California State Treasurer’s Office, and in public finance with Lehman Brothers. With her extensive experience in managing significant bond transactions and advising on complex infrastructure initiatives, Lloyd is set to enhance the board’s depth as she joins the Audit and Risk and Compensation Committees, with her term up for re-election at the upcoming annual meeting.
