Bytes Technology Group PLC has announced the permanent appointment of Sam Mudd as CEO, following her interim role and a successful tenure as Managing Director of Phoenix Software. Additionally, the company has welcomed Ross Paterson and Anna Vikström Persson as Independent Non-Executive Directors, with Paterson also chairing the Audit Committee. In line with its commitment to sustainability and good governance, BTG has established an ESG Committee to oversee its ESG strategy and will soon release its financial results for the year ended February 2024.
