Bytes Technology Group Plc (GB:BYIT) has released an update.
Bytes Technology Group Plc has announced that its shareholders on the South African register will receive the ZAR cash equivalent of final and special dividends previously proposed, amounting to 140.59422 cents and 203.86162 cents per share, respectively. These dividends, approved at the Annual General Meeting on July 11, 2024, will be subject to a 20% withholding tax, and are payable on August 2, 2024, based on the exchange rate of GBP1 to ZAR23.43237.
