Newmark Property REIT (AU:NPR) has released an update.
BWP Trust is set to finalize its takeover of Newmark Property REIT by compulsorily acquiring the remaining shares, following the acquisition of a 93.05% interest. Shareholders have until May 17, 2024, to accept BWP’s offer and expedite their compensation, as trading of NPR securities will be suspended on May 20, with delisting to follow on May 23. This marks a significant shift for shareholders as the company transitions to new ownership.
