Newmark Property REIT (AU:NPR) has released an update.
BWP Trust has made an off-market takeover bid for all Newmark Property REIT (NPR) securities, already acquiring over 90% and aiming for full acquisition through compulsory measures. NPR security holders are encouraged to accept the offer by 17 May 2024 to receive consideration within 5 business days, as NPR will soon be delisted and trading suspended. Those not accepting the offer may face delays and complications in receiving their due consideration.
