Bushveld Minerals, a leading vanadium producer, has secured up to $10 million in matched funding from Orion, extending the first repayment date to December 2025 and revising the terms of the convertible loan note refinancing. The deal, which matches funds provided by Southern Point Resources, aims to bolster working capital and support the company’s production operations. CEO Craig Coltman expressed gratitude for the support which marks a significant milestone for the company’s financial strategy.
