Brooks Macdonald Group PLC has announced the retirement of Andrew Shepherd, the current Group CEO, and the appointment of Andrea Montague as his successor starting 1st October 2024, after a transitional period as CEO Designate from July. Montague, who joined the firm as CFO in August 2023, is recognized for her extensive experience in the asset management sector and is set to continue the firm’s ambitious growth strategy. The company has initiated the search for a new CFO as Montague prepares to take the helm.
