BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC announces the acquisition of 60,000 of its own shares at an average price of 653.09 pence each, to be held in treasury. This purchase will result in a total of 12.05% of the company’s issued share capital being held in treasury, with the updated issued share capital standing at 90,770,864 Ordinary Shares after settlement.
