BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC GBP (GB:THRG) has released an update.
BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 25,000 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of 643.97 pence each, which will be held in treasury. As a result of this transaction, the Company’s issued share capital will be 90,710,864 Ordinary Shares post-settlement, with the treasury holding 12.11% of the total issued share capital. Shareholders should note that treasury shares do not carry voting rights and are excluded from total share capital calculations for reporting purposes.
