BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC GBP (GB:THRG) has released an update.
BlackRock Throgmorton Trust plc has strategically purchased 50,000 of its own ordinary shares, with the intention of holding these in treasury. Following the buyback, the company has announced that the total number of shares in treasury stands at 11,998,000, which represents 11.62% of its total issued share capital. Investors should note that these treasury shares will not carry any voting rights and should adjust their notifications accordingly, using the updated shares in issue figure of 91,211,864 from 27 June 2024.
