BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 21,000 of its own ordinary shares to be held in treasury, at prices ranging between 621.50p to 623.50p. Following this transaction, the company’s treasury now holds 11,798,937 shares, which is 11.43% of its total issued share capital. The market has been advised to use the updated figure of 91,410,927 shares for disclosure and transparency purposes from 14 June 2024.
