Black Cat Syndicate Limited has announced the appointment of Richard Laufmann as a director of the company effective 15 October 2024. Laufmann holds 500,000 unlisted options with an expiry date of 13/10/2028, priced at $0.794 each. Additionally, he has indirect interests through Laufmann Long Term Investments Pty Ltd, including 525,325 ordinary shares and 33,333 listed options with an expiry date of 14/11/2025, indicating significant personal investment in the company’s future.
