Bilibili (BILI) has released an update.
Bilibili Inc. reported no changes in the balance of its authorised/registered share capital for the month ending May 31, 2024, maintaining 100,000,000 Class Y and 9,800,000,000 Class Z WVR ordinary shares. Additionally, the issued shares of Class Z WVR ordinary shares saw a minor increase by 265,679 shares, excluding shares reserved for future issuance under the company’s share incentive plans.
