Bilibili Inc. Reports Stable Share Capital

Bilibili (BILI) has released an update.

Bilibili Inc. maintains a steady share capital with no reported changes for both its Class Y and Z ordinary shares as well as its undesignated shares for June 2024, as per the latest submission to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. The total authorized/registered share capital remains at USD 1,000,000. Additionally, the company disclosed that the outstanding Class Z ordinary shares exclude over 7 million shares reserved for future issuance under the company’s share incentive plans.
