Bekaert SA has reported that between July 11 and July 17, 2024, Kepler Cheuvreux bought 5,942 shares on behalf of the company, with no sales occurring in the same period. The transactions, part of a renewed liquidity contract, have resulted in Bekaert holding 1,829,771 of its own shares, which corresponds to 3.37% of its total shares in circulation. Bekaert is a global leader in material science related to steel wire transformation and coating technologies, with a workforce of 24,000 and a revenue of €5.3 billion in 2023.
