Bekaert SA has initiated the first tranche of its share buyback program, acquiring 66,930 shares between November 21 and November 27, 2024, as part of a plan to repurchase up to €25 million worth of shares for subsequent destruction. Additionally, under a liquidity agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux, Bekaert saw the purchase of 3,218 shares and the sale of 9,600 shares during the same period, leaving the company with 1,926,048 own shares, representing 3.55% of its total outstanding shares.
