Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. is set to increase its stake in a subsidiary to 100% after agreeing to purchase the remaining 29.43% equity interest from ICBC Investment for a sum of approximately RMB3.02 billion. The deal, expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024, will be funded through the company’s internal financial resources. This move will transform the subsidiary into a wholly-owned entity, with the financial results continuing to be consolidated by Beijing Energy.
